Alexia
My serious interest in fitness
began when, after finishing
college with a degree in public
relations, I realized that I
wanted to spend more time in
a position that would utilize
both interpersonal and athletic
skills. I joined a health club
in Los Angeles (where I lived
at the time) and I was hooked!
Since then I've spent the past
ten years in the fitness industry
working in positions such as
general manager, program director
and personal trainer. I've also
managed to find the time to
write a fitness guide and earn
three top-level industry certifications.
